His Life Learning Center ON-LINE Handbook
His Life Learning [created June 21, 2007 for everyone]

********************
HLLC HISTORY:
********************
His Life Learning Center started as a vision and a dream of His Life Ministries to have a Christ-centered school.
Through a series of events drawn together by divine providence, this dream became a reality on the 18th of June, 2007. Our temporary venue is at the Second Floor, West Wing, Robinsons Place, Bacolod City, Negros Occ.
In the Women’s Network, a small group started a feeding program in a public school. This was an effort to promote the vision of HLM in evangelism. The intermittent meetings with the Head of Ministries evolved into regular ones, hoping to touch base with the Compassion Ministry.
In the summer of April, 2007, a member of that small group was privileged to attend a seminar in Manila in Early Child Development Program. This seminar was conducted by the Mission Ministries of the Philippines. MMP is a Christian Ministry founded by Stewart & Cory de Boer with the mission of giving the urban poor of the Philippines, an education that could ready them for life and qualify them to enter Ivy League schools. Their consultants are graduates of the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. They have postgraduate studies, authored ECD books and has a track record of accomplishments.
Indeed, God moves in a mysterious way that is truly and wonderfully amazing. He took ordinary people from their comfort zones into extraordinary circumstances. He seemed to simply fit all the parts of the puzzle together.
It has not been easy due to time constraint, but it has been rewarding. The journey of HLLC has tested and strengthened our faith.
We thank God for the people He has brought into our lives, for the support, encouragement and teachings, for believing in the “God Room” faith.
No person can take credit for the progress HLLC has made. To God be all the glory and the honor. For the Lord is not moved by our needs, He is moved by our faith.
Like a precious pearl handed down as a legacy from generation to generation, this is one that we can pass on with love.
For all in life is transient, only dreams and visions endure……

FROM PASTOR JR to ALL WHO LOVES HLLC ...
Dated: May 15, 2013

Dear HLLC Staff and Leaders,

26 Days to Go before the LAUNCHING Big HLLC 2013-2014!

I praise God that you are here to make this happen! As we cooperate with the Lord’s working and becoming sensitive to one another and the needs of our students this School Year, I know that this will be another Great Year for the Glory of God!

Expect change lives!
Expect growth!
Expect the beauty of God in revealing the Destinies of each child under your care.

Make sure that the atmosphere in your classroom would be of respect, honor and love.
Nothing beats honest to goodness healthy relationships.

As we come closer to June 10, MONDAY, 1st Day of School at HLLC (HLA—future His Life Academy), make sure that we will teach our hearts and thoughts these 4 simple things: HAPPY, CLEAN, GODLY and WISE. These are the words we would like all our children to FEEL, KNOW and LIVE OUT.

This YEARS’ HLLC Theme is: “I worship an Extravagant God!”. Lets place this over our BLACKBOARDS, near our DOORSTEPS and of course down deep in our hearts as we mould the children God has given us to educate and bring to an increase!

ALWAYS be a BLESSING to our School, Students and their Extended Families by:
Believing in Doing our BEST as God will also DO the REST.
Praying positively all the time
Understanding that this is a MINISTRY of Service that we do in the Name of Jesus
Preparing Excellently your weekly, monthly and quarterly responsibilities
Speaking Well about each other
By following through the Vision and Values of His Life Ministries

To God be the Glory as we Make Disciples of our children for JESUS,

Pastor JR
